Unless otherwise agreed, we will deliver goods within 30 days of order acceptance.
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.

13. Your cancellation rights
If you are a consumer purchasing online, you normally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after the day you receive the goods, without giving a reason.

After notifying us of cancellation, you must return the goods within 14 days, unless we agree otherwise.
Returned products must be handled only as you would reasonably handle them in a shop. You may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by unnecessary handling, damage, wear, marks, odours, alteration or missing packaging.
14. Exceptions to cancellation rights
Your cancellation rights may not apply to certain products, including:
- personalised or custom-made items;
- products made to your specifications;
- sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed;
- items that have been worn, altered, damaged or used beyond reasonable inspection.

Unless the product is faulty or we have agreed otherwise, you may be responsible for return postage costs.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or you provide evidence that you have returned them.
Refunds will usually be made to the original payment method.

- discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash;
